DESIGN THINKING TO GENERATE CREATIVE DIDATIC EXPERIENCES EM DISTANCE EDUCATION
The Design Thinking (DT) is an approach also applied in the educational context. It consists of different stages aimed at constructing the thinking of "design", whose principle is to work a more creative mindset, with the human being as main focus. Creative strength includes collaboration and experimentation processes. From Design Thinking will be worked in the context of active methodologies, in particular, the development of educational projects as a creative lever in terms of activities for DE. The projects constitute a pedagogical differential once they lead to more engaged actions from the students, allowing them to treat the real problems and seek their own solutions.

MINI COURSE 07
FLIPPED CLASSROOM AND ACTIVBE METHODOLOGIES FOR FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES OF HYBRID COURSES
Higher education institutions are compelled to adapt and meet current cultural and social demands and, therefore, there is a growing interest in active learning methodologies, in which the student is an effective active agent on his/her educational route. In hybrid teaching, the Flipped Classroom and active methodologies are widely used for the development of skills and competences in the student. However, there is a common gap between theory and practice in training courses for the application of academic innovation. The objective of this mini course is to offer, in a practical and concrete way, techniques effectively applicable in the context of the classroom of hybrid courses.

MINI COURSE 08
CURATORSHIP OF OPEN DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES: ASSUMPTIONS AND STRATEGIES
The search for open digital educational resources has become an institutional requirement for different educational agents who need to develop educational projects, mainly, distance courses, at different teaching levels and modalities. However, assumptions, criteria and strategies are not yet consolidated in the daily life of the institutions, creating different problems for the development and execution of projects. Although each institution can propose its own curatorship model, it is essential that the main quality and validation requirements are guaranteed in the process of searching, classifying and using open digital educational resources. Thus, this proposal aims to present in a theoretical and practical manner the main assumptions and curatorship strategies that can be applicable in different institutional contexts.

SOFT SKILLS IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING: CONCEPTS, APPLICATIONS AND TOOLS IN DISTANCE EDUCATION
The insertion in the labor market goes through the sieve of "know-how" and is based on the skills and competences of "knowing to be". The development of soft skills, which are essential individual attributes for any professional area, has in the distance education a great ally for possibilities of participation, collaboration and sharing. This mini course approaches ways to upkeep educators in higher education, technical, professionalizing and corporate education and free courses the needs of constant self-assessment and lifelong learning, with a permanent focus on students. To exchange information on the topic will be applied some active methodologies and at the closure will be proposed the construction of a wiki with the collaboration of the participants, as example of virtual resource and strategy in stimulating skills and fundamental competencies to the professionals of the 21st.century.

MINI COURSE 13
DIGITAL COGNITIVE LABORATORY – THE USE OF A COLLABORATIVE-PARTICIPATIVE MODEL OF COGNITIVE EXCHANGE
The ideal for effective learning would always be stimulating meaningful and participatory learning through the exchange of knowledge and experiences between the apprentices themselves, whose focus would be to teach questioning, rather than just receiving or transmit information, including the ability to actively engage the learner throughout the cognitive process, to intensify conceptual learning and to develop social and cognitive skills through emotion and action. This course aims to present the understanding of the use of a collaborative-participatory study methodology, using the tools "doubts voter" and "opinions voter", of a digital cognitive laboratory, which will gather the results of the scattered thoughts of the apprentices on certain subjects, up to their finer compilation on the subject of study. Participants will be provided access to the voting resource, so that they can actively participate in the learning process proposed in the methodology. This model suggests that the apprentice can study with a structure of knowledge construction that requires the collaboration and integration of ideas and concepts, supported by the educational strategy, the management and monitoring of basic data collected in an educational platform. This course seeks to experience the collective and collaborative knowledge construction, through cognitive interchangeability, focusing on obtaining measurable results on the acquired knowledge, as well as working the constant review techniques, compare the results and enable the management of learning of several apprentices, through the involvement of few people in the process, which may even reduce costs.
